We do our best to ship your items the same day before 15:00 EST. In the worst case, it will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday. 

Canada: 3-8 business days
United-States: 5-8 business days
International: 6-12+ business days.

*Orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.

Absolutely, contact us by email with your address so that we can tell you the delivery date and associated costs.

• We are sorry that the item you ordered did not meet your expectations.
  Apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement depending on the circumstances. If you received the wrong item, a photo is required in order to exchange it for the correct item.
• If the item doesn’t fit, it can be returned and exchanged for the correct size as long as it has not been worn and is in its original condition. The cost of shipping to return the item is the responsibility of the customer.
• If the item is a different size than what was ordered or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. A photo of the item will be required in order to issue a replacement or a refund or to exchange the item.
• If you purchased your product on Amazon, you must return the product via the amazon order panel.

Don’t panic, theres no fire! Remember that most orders are delivered on working days from monday to friday. If the package has not arrived within a reasonable time, send us an email. We will be happy to follow up with you.

In order to save our customers money on shipping, we use standard shipping with no tracking. However, expedited parcel (tracked shipping) is available at a different rate. If you wish to have a tracking number we can ship via expedited parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will provide you with a tracking number once your order ships.

• Standard shipping (no tracking) typically takes 3 to 8 business days.
• Expedited parcel (with tracking) typically takes 1-7 business days.
